We Build An AI Clone Of You,
Trained On Everything You Teach.
It Adds $2,000–$4,000 A Week
Or You Don't Pay
Your course, your coaching calls, your content — turned into an AI that answers your clients in your voice, around the clock. You sell it as a new low-ticket tier or fold it into your core offer. We build it, we run it, and if it isn't adding at least $2,000 a week within 60 days of launch, you don't pay.

The clone · trained on you · sold as your offer
The brain · The voice · The channels · The launch · The dashboard · All of it.
The complete system, from your content to new revenue.
This is it running. Your content feeds the brain, the brain answers your clients in your voice, and every gap it finds makes it smarter. Watch the loop.
Three reasons this works when other "AI for coaches" doesn't.
It only knows your material. It remembers every client. And it's there at the exact moment churn happens.
Generic AI sounds like a bot. Your clone sounds like you.
Coaches have tried pasting their PDFs into a custom GPT. Clients can tell within three messages. Here's the same question, answered both ways.
One build. Three ways to sell it.
The clone is an asset. How you package it decides how much it makes. Most coaches end up running all three plays.
It doesn't guess. It retrieves what you actually said.
The difference between a toy and a clone is what happens before the answer. Four pieces do the work.
Churn happens between calls. That's where the clone lives.
Coaching churn tracks one variable harder than any other: whether clients feel supported between calls. Three mechanisms move it.
We run it. Your job is dropping a recording in a folder.
A stale clone is a liability. Ours get more useful every week, and the maintenance plan fits inside your Monday morning coffee.
See what your clone is doing, live.
Questions answered, response time, active members, what it's answering from, and where the gaps are. It all updates as it happens.
Here's exactly what you pay.
One build fee, one run fee, one guarantee. The numbers depend on your content library and audience size, so we set them on the call. The structure never changes.
You're already coaching at capacity...
Here's what your week looks like after.
You'll sell the clone to your audience. We'd rather sell you the life it buys back.

Your numbers, two conservative assumptions, and the guarantee line drawn in.
The 25% churn reduction is the modeled effect of between-call support. It's the conservative end of what our production builds suggest, and the guarantee below doesn't depend on it.
Modeled, not promised: the conversion slider and the 25% churn reduction are the only assumptions, both conservative. Build and run fees are scoped on the call. And the guarantee holds either way: +$2,000 a week within 60 days of launch, or the build fee comes back.
We don't build this for everyone. Here's how to know if we're a fit.
Here's everything we build
and run for you.
One build fee and one run fee cover all of it. No extra tools to buy on the side.
Two of these are answering client questions right now.
Both builds are live in production, on the exact architecture this page describes. The revenue math for your audience is in the calculator above; these two prove the engine runs.

Two founder hours back every day. The support layer that capped enrollment, absorbed — students get instant answers 24/7, and capacity stopped being the ceiling on revenue.

Want to build it yourself? Here's everything.
We wrote the entire build down. Every step, every prompt, every cost — the same architecture both case studies above run on. Free, no email gate. Most people read it, see how much work it is, and book the call. Some ship it themselves and tell their coach friends where they got it. Both outcomes are fine with us.

Common questions.
Everything you need to know before booking a call.
Will it actually sound like me?
That's the whole build. The voice profile comes from a 60-minute interview with you plus a read-through of your real client messages: how you open, how blunt you get, what you refuse to do. Then you interrogate it for an hour and mark every reply "me" or "not me," and we tune until "not me" stops appearing. It doesn't launch until you can't tell.
What stops it from making things up?
It answers only from your recorded material. Before every reply, the system retrieves your actual words on the topic and is hard-ruled to use nothing else. If you haven't covered something, it says so in your voice and points the client to your next call. We test this deliberately before launch — we try to make it hallucinate, and it has to refuse gracefully every time.
How can you guarantee $2,000 a week?
Because the math clears it at conservative numbers. A 15,000-person audience converting at 0.3% to a $197/month tier is roughly $2,000 a week on its own, before retention adds anything. The terms: at least $2,000/week in new revenue — new tier sales plus retained-client revenue, measured in your own payment platform — within 60 days of launch, or we refund the build fee.
What if I don't have much recorded content?
50+ hours produces a clone clients rate as "you." 10 to 20 hours works but feels thinner on edge cases. Under 10 hours, there's a fix we'll set up before the build: you record yourself answering your 50 most common client questions out loud. One focused weekend. We audit your library on the call and tell you exactly where you stand.
How long does the build take?
Three to six weeks depending on the size of your content library, then a two-week soft launch with 3 to 5 of your most trusted clients before full rollout. They find the rough edges; we fix them; then you launch it to everyone as an event.
What do I actually have to do?
Four things. A 60-minute voice interview. An hour of testing where you grade its replies. Drop new recordings in a shared folder as you make them. And read the Monday gap report, then record one 10-minute voice note answering what's thin. That's the entire job description.
Where does it live? What do my clients see?
WhatsApp, Telegram, and a chat widget inside your course portal or members area — wherever your clients already are. It carries your name and your brand ("Coach Sarah AI," not "powered by some tool"). It only ever replies; it never cold-messages anyone.
Who gets access?
Paying clients only. The clone checks each person against a whitelist wired to your checkout: buyers get added automatically, cancellations get removed automatically. You can also add or remove anyone yourself with a message to the bot.
What happens to my content and data?
You own all of it: the clone, the knowledge base, every transcript, every conversation. Your material sits in a private store and is never used to train public models. If we part ways, it all goes with you.
Won't clients cancel 1:1 and just take the cheap tier?
In practice the opposite happens. The clone absorbs the repetitive 70% of support — the questions you've answered publicly a hundred times. The live judgment calls, the accountability, the relationship stay yours, which makes your human time scarcer and easier to price up. The launch positioning we build with you is designed around exactly this.
What does it cost?
A one-time build fee plus a monthly run fee, both scoped on the call because they depend on your content library and audience size. What we can tell you here: the run fee doesn't start until launch, there's no long-term contract, and the build fee is covered by the guarantee.
What if I cancel the monthly run?
You keep the clone, the knowledge base, and the data — they're yours. The learning loop stops: no more auto-ingestion, gap reports, or tuning. We hand over a runbook so a technical person could maintain it, and you can restart the run any time.
Ready to clone yourself?
Book a call. We'll audit your content library, run your numbers through the same math as the calculator above, and tell you exactly what your build would return. If the honest answer is "use the free playbook," we'll say that on the call.
