Easton Consulting House ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit eastonconsultinghouse.com and its subdomains.
1. Who we are
Easton Consulting House is an AI implementation consultancy. Our contact email is hello@eastonconsulting.house.
2. What data we collect
We collect data in two ways:
Information you give us:
- Name, email, phone number, and business details (when you contact us, take our quiz, or fill out a discovery call qualifier form on go.eastonconsultinghouse.com)

Information collected automatically (with your consent):

- Session recordings and heatmap data showing how you interact with the site (via Microsoft Clarity)
- Ad attribution data such as page views, form views, leads, and bookings (via Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, when you arrive from a Meta ad)
- Your IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location
- Referral source and UTM parameters (how you found us)
3. Cookies and consent
We use analytics cookies only with your explicit consent. When you first visit our site, you will see a cookie banner asking for your permission.
- If you accept: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity scripts are loaded. These set cookies to track your browsing activity across sessions.
- If you decline: No analytics cookies are set and no tracking scripts are loaded. The site functions normally without them.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Cookies we use:

- _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM (Microsoft Clarity) — session tracking and heatmaps. Expires after 1 year.
- _fbp, _fbc (Meta Pixel) — used for measuring ad performance and building remarketing audiences on Facebook and Instagram. Set only on subdomains where ads are running (e.g. go.eastonconsultinghouse.com). Expires after 90 days.
- easton_cookie_consent (Local Storage) — remembers your cookie consent preference. No expiry (persists until cleared).
- easton_event_id, easton_viewcontent_fired (Session Storage) — used to deduplicate Meta Pixel events within a single funnel visit. Cleared when you close your browser tab.
4. How we use your data
- To understand how visitors use our website and improve the experience
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services

- To detect and fix technical issues
We do not sell your personal data. Personal identifiers (email, phone, name) sent to Meta are hashed with SHA-256 before transmission, in line with Meta's Customer Information Parameters policy.

6. Data retention
Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Personal data from enquiries is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services, or until you ask us to delete it.

8. Cross-domain tracking
Our quiz tool is hosted at quiz.eastonconsultinghouse.com and our paid-ads landing page is at go.eastonconsultinghouse.com. With your consent, we use cross-domain tracking to understand your full journey across these subdomains. UTM parameters and an internal session identifier flow from our landing page through the embedded Typeform qualifier and into Calendly so we can attribute bookings back to the originating ad. Personal identifiers shared with Meta in conversion events are hashed before transmission.
8a. Discovery-call qualifier and booking
When you fill out the discovery-call qualifier on go.eastonconsultinghouse.com:
- Your form responses are stored in Typeform and used by our team to prepare for the call.
- If you complete the booking step, your name, email, phone, and scheduled time are stored in Calendly and added to our Google Calendar.
- A Google Meet link is automatically created for the call.
- For qualified bookings, a hashed copy of your contact details is sent to Meta as a "Schedule" conversion event so we can measure ad performance. Unqualified responses are not sent to Meta.
- We may follow up by email about your call and our services. You can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
