About us

Built by operators, not consultants

We build AI systems for a living. No slide decks, no theory, no six-month discovery phases. Working systems in your business within weeks.

Founder, Easton Consulting House

Before Easton, I trained in business psychology. Years studying how teams actually work, why change programmes fail, what makes people trust a new system or fight against it. That background shapes everything about how we build. Getting a team to trust an AI system is harder than building it. If they don't trust it, it sits on a shelf. We've watched companies spend six figures on "AI transformation" and end up with nothing but a slide deck and a login nobody uses.

I spent time at BT in the UK before starting Easton. Watched too many talented people burn their careers on work a system could handle, so a middle manager could tick a box on a report nobody reads. That was the breaking point.

Easton exists to prove something simple: AI can handle the manual, repetitive work that's holding your business back. Not in theory. Not in a demo environment. In production, handling real tasks, every single day. The systems we build for clients are the same ones running our own business. That's not a talking point. It's how we operate.

Our mission

Bring the new world into the world of AI working. Free people from mundane tasks so they can do things that actually work and do work worth doing.

That's it. That's the whole thing. The mundane work has to go. Your best people should spend their hours on judgement calls, client relationships, and the thinking that grows a business, not on chasing a supplier for a document or copying the same answer into a WhatsApp group twenty times a week. AI can handle the mundane. Our job is to build the systems that let it.

Why we exist

The AI industry gets it wrong. It's too technical, there's no proper scoping, and companies sell individual tools instead of connected systems. Worse, they scare people. They walk into a business, throw around jargon, and leave the team feeling like their jobs are on the line. That's backwards.

Our philosophy is straightforward: human time isn't worth eight pounds an hour. AI should increase output, quality, and capacity so that the people in your business can focus on work that actually matters. It's about increasing human worth, not replacing humans. When someone on your team spends three hours a day copying data between spreadsheets, that's not a job. That's a broken process. Fix the process and the person can do work that grows the business.

Most AI vendors sell you one automation for one task. You end up with fifteen disconnected tools, fifteen logins, and a team that's more confused than before. That's not what we do. We build a bank of skills and workflows that connect across whole departments. One system that handles intake, processing, follow-up, and reporting. Not a patchwork. A proper operating layer.

Easton exists because founders deserve better than what the market is giving them. You shouldn't need a technical co-founder to get AI working. You shouldn't need a six-month discovery phase. And you definitely shouldn't be paying a consulting firm to tell you what you already know, then charging you again to build it.

How we work

Every engagement starts the same way. We sit down, map your actual operations, and identify the workflows eating your team's time. Then we build. Not a proof of concept. Not a pilot. A production system that runs from day one. We stay in the seat with you until it's working properly and your team trusts it. That's the whole model.

Founder-led delivery

Every project is architected and overseen by the founder. You work with the person who built the methodology, not a junior consultant reading from a playbook. We scope the problems, design the system, and stay accountable for the outcome.

AI-first operations

We use AI systems internally to move at a pace most firms can't match. Lower costs for you, faster delivery, zero bureaucracy. The systems we build for clients are the same ones running Easton. We're our own best case study.

Outcome-obsessed

We measure success by hours saved, revenue generated, and adoption rates. If a system isn't delivering measurable results, we fix it or kill it. No ongoing retainers for things that don't work.
