For coaches, consultants and course creators with an audience.

We Build An AI Clone Of You,
Trained On Everything You Teach.
It Adds $2,000–$4,000 A Week
Or You Don't Pay

Your course, your coaching calls, your content — turned into an AI that answers your clients in your voice, around the clock. You sell it as a new low-ticket tier or fold it into your core offer. We build it, we run it, and if it isn't adding at least $2,000 a week within 60 days of launch, you don't pay.

Three reasons this works when other "AI for coaches" doesn't.

It only knows your material. It remembers every client. And it's there at the exact moment churn happens.

01
It answers only from your material.
So it never invents advice, and never dilutes the thing your clients actually bought: you.
Most AI tools answer from the open internet, which is why they sound like everyone. Ours retrieves your verbatim words on the topic first, then answers in your voice from that material. If you haven't covered something, it says so and points them to your next call.
Your judgment, at scale
02
It remembers every client.
So week three feels different from week one, without you re-briefing anyone.
It keeps a profile of each client: their niche, their stage, their current sticking point. A client in Manchester managing four properties gets stage-appropriate answers, not module recaps. That one behaviour produces more "this is unreal" screenshots than anything else in the build.
Feels like you. Not a bot.
03
It's there at 11pm on a Tuesday.
So clients get unstuck at the moment it matters. Stuck clients are the ones who cancel.
Clients don't get stuck on schedule. They get stuck the night before a negotiation, and your call is Thursday. The clone absorbs exactly that moment. The client who gets an answer at 11pm stays. The one who sat blocked for six days starts wondering what they're paying for.
Retention you can measure
Book a Call We'll audit your content library and show you what your clone could cover

Generic AI sounds like a bot. Your clone sounds like you.

Coaches have tried pasting their PDFs into a custom GPT. Clients can tell within three messages. Here's the same question, answered both ways.

You're not asking permission, you're giving notice. This is exactly what I cover in the Pricing module: 60 days' notice, grandfather your two oldest onto one tier below the new rate, and every new client pays the new rate from Monday. Before that though — what are you charging now, and when did you last raise it?
Your framework, your phrasing, and it asks the question you'd ask.

One build. Three ways to sell it.

The clone is an asset. How you package it decides how much it makes. Most coaches end up running all three plays.

The new low-ticket tier
A $99–$297/month membership: the clone, your course, one group call. It sells to the audience that wants help and can't afford 1:1 — and costs you almost nothing per extra member.
New MRR from followers you already have
The core-offer add-on
"Includes 24/7 access to my AI, trained on everything I've ever taught." The premium tier gets more premium, and the next price rise has a reason attached to it.
Higher prices, same delivery hours
The retention save
A cancelling client gets offered a $97 downgrade with clone access instead of the door. Revenue that used to walk away quietly stays on the books.
Churn becomes a downgrade, not a loss
Book a Call We map the right packaging to your tiers on the call. Positioning is included in the build.

It doesn't guess. It retrieves what you actually said.

The difference between a toy and a clone is what happens before the answer. Four pieces do the work.

Knowledge Base
Everything you've ever taught, indexed
Your course, coaching calls, podcast, YouTube, and writing get transcribed and indexed so the right passage surfaces in milliseconds. Fifty hours of your best thinking, finally searchable at the moment a client needs it.
Retrieval
Your verbatim words, found first
Before answering, it finds what you actually said on the topic. Course material outranks off-hand podcast remarks. Every answer traces to a source, and it cites the module when it's relevant.
Hallucination Guard
It never invents your coaching
If your material doesn't cover the question, it says so in your voice and points them to your next call. No invented frameworks, no made-up numbers, no plausible-sounding advice you never gave. One invented framework destroys client trust permanently. This is the line that protects it.
Client Memory
It knows who it's talking to
A persistent profile per client: their niche, their stage, their last sticking point. Conversations pick up where they left off, and advice fits where the client actually is, without anyone re-explaining.
Book a Call → Ask us to make it hallucinate on the call. We'll let you try.

Churn happens between calls. That's where the clone lives.

Coaching churn tracks one variable harder than any other: whether clients feel supported between calls. Three mechanisms move it.

The 11pm answer
Clients get unstuck the moment they're stuck, not on Thursday. The client who sat blocked for six days is the one quietly drafting a cancellation email.
Modeled on our builds: lifetime 4 → 6 months
Client profiles
It remembers their business, their goals, their constraints. Support that feels personal is what clients stay for, and it now scales past your calendar.
Week 3 feels different from week 1
The downgrade path
When someone does cancel 1:1, they're offered the clone tier instead of the door. The relationship and the revenue both survive the downgrade.
LTV extends even after 1:1 ends
Book a Call Retention is the quiet half of the guarantee. The calculator below shows your numbers.

We run it. Your job is dropping a recording in a folder.

Here's exactly what you pay.

One build fee, one run fee, one guarantee. The numbers depend on your content library and audience size, so we set them on the call. The structure never changes.

The guarantee, precisely
If the clone isn't adding at least $2,000 a week in new revenue within 60 days of launch — new tier sales plus retained-client revenue, measured in your own payment platform — we refund the build fee. That's the whole clause. No asterisks hiding underneath it.

You're already coaching at capacity...
Here's what your week looks like after.

You'll sell the clone to your audience. We'd rather sell you the life it buys back.

Dinner, uninterrupted.
The 11pm panic message gets answered at 11:01 — by the clone, in your voice, from your material. You find out Monday, in the dashboard, with your phone face-down all weekend.
A premium tier that's actually premium.
Hard questions still come to you on Thursday's call. Everything else gets absorbed. Your human time becomes the scarce thing in your business again, and scarce is what justifies the price.
Revenue that doesn't need your calendar.
Fifty members at $197 a month is $9,850 that arrives whether you coached that week or not. For most coaches it's the first time revenue and hours stop being the same line on the spreadsheet.
Your Monday job: one voice note.
Read the gap report. Record 10 minutes. Drop it in a folder. That's the entire maintenance plan, and it makes the clone smarter every single week you do it.

Retention Revenue / Mo $600

The 25% churn reduction is the modeled effect of between-call support. It's the conservative end of what our production builds suggest, and the guarantee below doesn't depend on it.

Projected New Revenue Per Week
$2,186/wk
New tier $8,865/mo + retention $600/mo
You clear the guarantee at a 0.3% conversion. Everything above it is upside.

Modeled, not promised: the conversion slider and the 25% churn reduction are the only assumptions, both conservative. Build and run fees are scoped on the call. And the guarantee holds either way: +$2,000 a week within 60 days of launch, or the build fee comes back.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

We don't build this for everyone. Here's how to know if we're a fit.

This IS for you if...
You're an established coach, consultant, or course creator with paying clients
You have an audience: 5,000+ followers or an email list that actually opens
You've recorded 10+ hours of content — course, calls, podcast (we audit this on the call)
Clients message you between calls, and you can feel the ceiling on your week
You've wanted a low-ticket tier but won't sell a PDF and a prayer
This is NOT for you if...
You're just starting out: no clients, no content, no audience yet
You want a generic website FAQ bot (that's our chatbot service, a different page)
You're not willing to record one 10-minute voice note a week to keep it sharp
You expect the clone to replace you on the Thursday call — it won't, by design
Your model has no recurring revenue anywhere and no plans for it

Here's everything we build
and run for you.

One build fee and one run fee cover all of it. No extra tools to buy on the side.

Want to build it yourself? Here's everything.

We wrote the entire build down. Every step, every prompt, every cost — the same architecture both case studies above run on. Free, no email gate. Most people read it, see how much work it is, and book the call. Some ship it themselves and tell their coach friends where they got it. Both outcomes are fine with us.

33 pages · checklists, paste-able prompts, the full tool stack, and the running costs.

Common questions.

Everything you need to know before booking a call.

Will it actually sound like me?

That's the whole build. The voice profile comes from a 60-minute interview with you plus a read-through of your real client messages: how you open, how blunt you get, what you refuse to do. Then you interrogate it for an hour and mark every reply "me" or "not me," and we tune until "not me" stops appearing. It doesn't launch until you can't tell.

What stops it from making things up?

It answers only from your recorded material. Before every reply, the system retrieves your actual words on the topic and is hard-ruled to use nothing else. If you haven't covered something, it says so in your voice and points the client to your next call. We test this deliberately before launch — we try to make it hallucinate, and it has to refuse gracefully every time.

How can you guarantee $2,000 a week?

Because the math clears it at conservative numbers. A 15,000-person audience converting at 0.3% to a $197/month tier is roughly $2,000 a week on its own, before retention adds anything. The terms: at least $2,000/week in new revenue — new tier sales plus retained-client revenue, measured in your own payment platform — within 60 days of launch, or we refund the build fee.

What if I don't have much recorded content?

50+ hours produces a clone clients rate as "you." 10 to 20 hours works but feels thinner on edge cases. Under 10 hours, there's a fix we'll set up before the build: you record yourself answering your 50 most common client questions out loud. One focused weekend. We audit your library on the call and tell you exactly where you stand.

How long does the build take?

Three to six weeks depending on the size of your content library, then a two-week soft launch with 3 to 5 of your most trusted clients before full rollout. They find the rough edges; we fix them; then you launch it to everyone as an event.

What do I actually have to do?

Four things. A 60-minute voice interview. An hour of testing where you grade its replies. Drop new recordings in a shared folder as you make them. And read the Monday gap report, then record one 10-minute voice note answering what's thin. That's the entire job description.

Where does it live? What do my clients see?

WhatsApp, Telegram, and a chat widget inside your course portal or members area — wherever your clients already are. It carries your name and your brand ("Coach Sarah AI," not "powered by some tool"). It only ever replies; it never cold-messages anyone.

Who gets access?

Paying clients only. The clone checks each person against a whitelist wired to your checkout: buyers get added automatically, cancellations get removed automatically. You can also add or remove anyone yourself with a message to the bot.

What happens to my content and data?

You own all of it: the clone, the knowledge base, every transcript, every conversation. Your material sits in a private store and is never used to train public models. If we part ways, it all goes with you.

Won't clients cancel 1:1 and just take the cheap tier?

In practice the opposite happens. The clone absorbs the repetitive 70% of support — the questions you've answered publicly a hundred times. The live judgment calls, the accountability, the relationship stay yours, which makes your human time scarcer and easier to price up. The launch positioning we build with you is designed around exactly this.

What does it cost?

A one-time build fee plus a monthly run fee, both scoped on the call because they depend on your content library and audience size. What we can tell you here: the run fee doesn't start until launch, there's no long-term contract, and the build fee is covered by the guarantee.

What if I cancel the monthly run?

You keep the clone, the knowledge base, and the data — they're yours. The learning loop stops: no more auto-ingestion, gap reports, or tuning. We hand over a runbook so a technical person could maintain it, and you can restart the run any time.

Ready to clone yourself?

Book a call. We'll audit your content library, run your numbers through the same math as the calculator above, and tell you exactly what your build would return. If the honest answer is "use the free playbook," we'll say that on the call.
